About Myself..

I received my Postgraduate Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy from the Centre Training School of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, which is a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, and the Institute of Complementary Medicine. This is in addition to my Psychology Degree from the University of Florida, and Certificate in Counselling from Airedale and Wharfedale College, Leeds.

I am a UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) Registered Psychotherapist, and hold memberships with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), the NHPC (National HypnoPsychotherapy Council), and the HA (Hypnotherapy Association).

Prior to establishing my private counselling practice, I worked for many years in the medical and educational fields, including providing personal, bereavement, and educational counselling.

Working with both individuals and couples, I specialize in psychotherapy, using an eclectic approach focused on the individual needs of my clients.
I also offer hypnotherapy, either on its own, or in conjunction with psychotherapy. In addition, I am a qualified Therapist Supervisor.

My practice is based in Wallasey, Wirral, Merseyside, in the United Kingdom
